Kicking Off the United Way Campaign: United We Thrive!
Your action today can make a lasting difference to an individual or family in need. Please join us in supporting the United Way!
Across the United States, Air Products proudly supports United Way and the important work it does in our local communities. The United Way collaborates with community partners to identify the greatest challenges and create lasting impact in critical areas, such as education, healthy aging and community sustainability.
“The United Way helps the community feel connected by caring for everyone,” said Wally Nelson, President of Equipment Businesses and Technical Solutions and Air Products United Way Campaign Co-Chair. “Now more than ever, your support is needed.”
Our campaign runs until Friday, November 14. By joining together, we can help United Way tackle these challenges while lending our support to the nonprofit organizations we care about most.
You can designate your dollars to the nonprofit organizations you care about most through the United Way portal, and the Air Products Foundation will match that amount (75% of the match follows your contribution and 25% of the match goes to the United Way in your home community). All donations are made through payroll deduction.
“The United Way has a long history of supporting communities, and your contribution will make a large impact,” said Erin Sorensen, General Manager of Membrane Solutions. “At Air Products, we proudly support more than 850 nonprofit organizations across 46 states—each one working to improve lives and strengthen communities.”
Employees who make a new gift or increase last year's gift by $2 per week (or $100 per year) are eligible to receive this year’s Air Products and United Way thank you gift – a quarter zip or full zip jacket in your choice of color and style.
